Since we provide digital services such as software development, content writing, design, and marketing solutions, physical returns do not apply. Once a project has been started or delivered, refunds are generally not applicable unless stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If the project has not yet been started.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.
• If there is a duplicate or accidental payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• After delivery of completed digital products or services.
• If revisions were provided as agreed in the package.
• If delays are caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the client.
• Change of mind after work has commenced.

4. Revision Policy

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. We encourage clients to use revision rounds to ensure satisfaction before project finalization. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. Administrative and processing fees may apply.
