2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

3. Payment & Billing

All services require full or milestone-based payments as agreed upon in writing before commencement. Accepted payment methods include:

4. Refund Policy

All assets, strategies, and code created by CodeCraftorsPro remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship without written consent

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeCraftorsPro is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, data, revenue, or reputation

• Misuse or misinterpretation of deliverables by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
