Refund Policy

At CodeCraftorsPro, we take pride in delivering custom-built digital solutions with transparency and quality. Because our services are tailored to each client’s specific goals, we maintain the following refund policy:

General Policy

Due to the personalized and strategic nature of our work—including software development, website builds, and digital marketing campaigns—we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated, scoped, or delivered.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. In limited circumstances, refunds may be considered if:

  • A service is paid for but not initiated

  • There is a failure to deliver the service as agreed in the written scope of work

All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.


Exclusions (Non-Refundable Situations)

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Work has been substantially started or fully delivered

  • Delays caused by client inaction, communication gaps, or missed deadlines

  • Services rendered under discounted, free, or promotional packages

  • Client violates any part of the [Terms of Service]

  • Subjective dissatisfaction when objective deliverables were met


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email support@codecraftorspro.com with the subject line “Refund Request”

  2. Include your order number, project name, and a brief explanation

  3. Our support team will review your case within 1–2 business days

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution


Right to Deny Refunds

CodeCraftorsPro reserves the right to deny any refund request if:

  • There is evidence of abuse or exploitation of this policy

  • The client has previously submitted multiple refund requests

  • The request violates our Terms of Service, project agreement, or this policy


Project Quality & Support Commitment

If you experience issues related to service delivery or quality, we urge you to contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to revise, improve, or correct any reasonable concerns in good faith. Our goal is to ensure you receive maximum value and satisfaction from our work.
